This week we're releasing the sound source that all Eric Clapton fans have been waiting for! Performed at the Osaka Festival Hall on October 22, 1975. Yes, it is a high-quality sound recording board on the first day of the Japan Tour in 1975! The sound source of this day saw the light of day for the first time as the main part of the analog 3LP box "TOUR 75" produced by the legendary OG label released in the underground in the early 1976, but after that, the master of the OG label Not only was he completely out of the gate, but in the CD era, another master was only discovered as part of the 3CD "1975 Japan Tour Retrospective". In other words, both titles were incompletely recorded for this day, and the complete recording board has not been released for 44 years. That will finally come true this time! Moreover, Recorder 1 and Recorder 2 and 2 sources were excavated at the same time, and two complete recording versions were completed in the form of complementing both missing parts. Why was the full version of the day long-awaited? Not only because this day was just the first day of the tour, but also because Clapton's play quality was very high and it was an attractive set list including the numbers played only on this day. A dynamic 30-year-old Clapton is here. Even more unusual, Clapton included a scene in which he introduced all the band members during the set. Recorder1 is the new master of good stereo audience recording, which will be the first appearance this time, and Recorder2 is the complete master based on the 3CD "1975 Japan Tour Retrospective" mentioned above, which is also a good stereo audience recording. .. The former is a sound image that is a little closer to the high register, but the clearness is outstanding because of that, and the latter is a clear sound that is well-balanced from the high register to the low register. In other words, it was difficult to throw away both, so it was released as a 4CD set that made use of both. Now, let's look back on what position this performance occupies in this Japan tour.
