The performance recorded in this work is "October 24, 1982: Hankyu Nishinomiya Stadium". It is the best audience recording. Speaking of coming to Japan in 1982, the official video "LIVE IN JAPAN" is also a memorable place, but this work is a different concert. In order to know the positional relationship, let's first look back on the schedule at that time.

[A new excavation of the complete version of the world-famous legendary recording]
This was a performance in Japan that was realized in 1982. The official "LIVE IN JAPAN" was shot at Seibu Stadium on the final day, but this work was a performance in Hyogo, which can be said to be the West Japan edition. This show has been known for recording since the analog era and has been loved as a masterpiece of "HOT SPACE TOUR 1982". Moreover, the recording is neither "the best of the day" nor "the best of the Japanese performance". It was a masterpiece among the masterpieces that are considered to be "one of the best" in the world. That masterpiece is the masterpiece "GET DOWN (140rc)", which is a set of two analog discs, and this work is the former master. It's a complete version that includes "We Will Rock You," which was thought to have been lost for many years!
The legendary board "GET DOWN" has been a symbol for a long time, and it is a big classic among the classics that many reprinted CDs were born after that. "STADIUM ROCK", which was supplemented by another recording at our shop, was very well received. Since it is the former master / complete version, I think that those who have experienced the existing one have already decided their hearts, but for those who do not, the quality of this work is the best with "super". audience. The most wonderful thing is the extremely thick core. Anyway, there is no sense of distance, it is powerful, and yet it does not chatter. There is no echo of the sound only in the outdoor venue, and the sound board sound emitted by the on-site PA is picked up directly. Of course, there is a risk in the open air, and it will be ruined if it is separated from the PA or swept by the wind. In fact, on this day as well, the typhoon was approaching and the wind was strong, and there are recordings that were influenced by it. However, I don't even feel that kind of existence in this recording. Although the liveliness of the clapping and the size of the large chorus are engraved with the proof of the audience recording, the performance sound and Freddie's singing voice are tremendously clear as if they were going on the "sound board".
