That is because the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake occurred in the middle of his tour to Japan, and Billy himself encountered a periodic disaster in Japan. Billy and his group, who had already digested the performances in the first half of Tokyo and Fukuoka, were involved in the earthquake because they were staying in Osaka on January 17, when the earthquake struck. He was so scared that he later testified that he was "prepared for death." The damage to the Kansai area caused by the earthquake was enormous, and it was thought seriously at one point that he would return to Japan after the tour was canceled, not to mention the first day of the Osaka performance scheduled for the day.

However, instead of returning to Japan, Billy decided to continue the tour, and even transferred the performance of the day to the 19th to complete the scheduled performance in Japan.
