商品説明
From the live in the spring of 1970, when the second DEEP PURPLE peaked with the explosive power and tension of the performance, the two performances in Berlin, Germany, are both completely limited to a three-disc set using the longest audience source ever. It will be released on the press CD! This work, which was made into a sound based on a tape master excavated overseas, is one of the best DEEP PURPLE collector's items this year!
With Ian Gillan and Roger Glover, PURPLE turned to Ritchie-led hard rock, and while working in parallel with the production of the first studio album "IN ROCK" in the second term, live activities (almost no rest). It was continuing. The live performances from the latter half of '69 to the spring of '70 were mainly held in England, but they also actively performed live in Germany on single-shot or short-term tours. The Cologne performance on April 4th, which was released as the press CD title "KOLN 1970" (Darker Than Blue) the other day, is one example.
The highlight of the German tour in the spring of 1970 was the live performance in Berlin. They had two performances in Berlin during this period, March 30th and May 29th, but the items that recorded these live performances were incomplete for some reason. Only the title is known. The performance that can be heard with the existing sound source was wonderful, so fans strongly requested the release of the full-length version.
