Bowie of the "1.OUTSIDE" era that broke the dark side of a new frontier. The best live album that will be the new masterpiece is now available.
"January 27, 1996 Brussels performance" is included in this work. It is the best audience recording. "OUTSIDE TOUR" was the only memorial tour in Bowie's life that realized Israeli performances and Russian performances, but it is also famous for the fact that the members and sets changed on the way. This work is a live album before that change occurred. To explain that, let's first look back at the big picture of the world tour and confirm the position of the show.
