Bowie in 1974 met his ally Carlos Almar and quickly approached soul music. The legendary name Taper: John Maloney has recorded the finest brand of the moment, and it will be released on the permanent storage board press 2CD.
The engraving on this work is "November 14, 1974 Boston performance". This week, the same 1974 Maloney recording "BOSTON JULY 1974: JOE MALONEY MASTER (Wardour-283)" will be released at the same time, but as the title suggests, it is a completely different show, and this work is recorded in November about 4 months later. Not only the dates are different, but the tours are actually different. First of all, let's check the position of the show of this work in the course of 1974.

Bowie who announced "DIAMOND DOGS" traveled all over the United States in three parts, but among them, "BOSTON JULY 1974" and the official version "DAVID LIVE" were the live albums of "North America # 1" at the beginning. On the other hand, the Boston performance of this work is the 25th performance of "North America # 3". This "North America # 3" is also known as "THE SOUL / PHILLY DOGS TOUR" and is different from "North America # 1 & 2". Not only will the new song "YOUNG AMERICANS", which has begun production, be unveiled, but a large number of arrangements that are conscious of soul music will be introduced. The members are also different, and in addition to Carlos mentioned above, the rhythm section has been replaced by Willie Weeks and Dennis Davis. Many members of "YOUNG AMERICANS" such as lover Ava Cherry, Robin Clark, and Luther Vandross at that time also participated in the backing vocals. We are facing a large family of 14 people in all.
